The 17km competitive race climbs following the military road that leads to Monte Piana up to Forcella Alta, where the descent begins to below the Malga Rin Bianco, where the first refreshment point is located. Here begins the tough climb along the panoramic road of the Tre Cime di Lavaredo which leads to the Auronzo Refuge (2330m), where the second refreshment point is located. From the highest point of the race you descend in a dive, retracing the snow-covered road, up to the starting point at the La Loita ski lift.

The 4km Family Run reaches the Tre Cime toll booth, crossing Forcella Bassa and then climbing back up to Lake Antorno, where the final descent towards the finish line begins.
